The dog searches in calm speed, keeping contact well. The range could be wider. Runs into a bird in the first run, stays put. In second run points, handler goes round the dog from behind and the dog flushes without permission. We go on and the dog gets right away another point in a field with high grass. Excellent flush, at flight the dog still on command. At the end of the day the dog gets a point at the end of a field. On permission goes on, tracking a running pheasant. The shot is fired in the air upon flight in dense bush.
